Hi-Tek Supercoat Bullet Coating

These projectiles are coated with J & M Specialized Products PTY LTD's Hi-Tek Supercoat, an Australian-made and developed product. Unlike some other coatings, the Hi-Tek coating has been specifically formulated for use as a bullet coating.

Application and Curing Process

The Hi-Tek coating is applied using our in-house process and is cured using our custom-made infrared conveyor ovens. Infrared technology cures the coating faster and more evenly than conventional ovens while being highly energy efficient.

Benefits of Hi-Tek Supercoat

The Hi-Tek coating entirely encapsulates the projectile, providing numerous benefits:

The Hi-Tek coating creates a barrier between the projectile and the barrel, virtually eliminating lead fouling and reducing smoke because wax lubricants are not required.
